With coffee businesses fighting it out throughout the city centre, Ben Jones's Caffe Mobile has been a great success since he set it up in April last year.

He hit upon the idea after spotting a coffee wagon on Spitalfields Market in London, and after making one or two enquiries learned that indeed, All Saints were looking for a coffee vendor.

"It all fell very nicely into place," says Ben, whose coffee not only competes excellently for taste, but pretty much beats all rivals for cost too. "I want to wipe out the evil coffee empires!" he laughs, but just having purchased his second coffee wagon, it looks like Ben's creating an empire of his very own.

Except not an evil one. Not that the other ones are evil either. He was joking. Probably.
